How long does my order take to ship?

Processing time take 2-4 business days M-F only. Once you have received tracking information, you can expect your package to be in transit within the next 24-48 hours from that notification.

Can i add bundles to my service?

Absolutely ! Please go to “book with me” select your services and select your desired bundles as an add on. (There is no charge to secure your appointment). The. Go to “shop” and purchase the SAME bundles your selected for your add on. Please select “salon pick up” as your method of delivery and your bundles will be ready at your desired appointment date.

It is recommended you book your appointment at least 1 week out from the time you order on the website to ensure adequate time for the hair’s arrival.

Please note processing time for orders is 2-4 business days. If extension coloring is requested, please contact G. Green. This will also add additional processing time. Please plan accordingly.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment we are currently shipping with the US territory only.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final on all purchases made. Please be sure of desired hair length texture and colors you are purchasing before checking out. In the case products were selected incorrectly. Please contact store via phone to cancel order.
